Terry Williams is a coach in many regards. In the physical fitness domain, he’s a co-founder and head coach at The League, an athletic circuit training gym with 3 Texas locations. In the mental health space, he also operates as a certified life coach, helping people process emotions, organize thoughts and life at their best. He also has ministry experience, and in a sense coaches people spiritually. He lives in Houston, TX with his wife Ashley and three kids: Terry III, Trenton and Rhys. He believes his life’s greatest mission is to call out the greatness in people that they don’t yet see in themselves.

Scott is currently a corporate banker with JP Morgan Chase with over 20+ years in banking focusing on various industries.  Prior to JP Morgan Chase, Scott was at Citibank and Wells Fargo in addition to serving as CFO for a publicly traded energy company.  Scott is actively involved with the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society winning LLS' Man of the Year in 2017 and serving in various capacities including Treasurer, Vice Chairman, and Chairman of the Board.  Scott is an advocate for men's mental health and growth leading a men's group and speaking to men at various events.  Scott's interests include working out, being with friends, and part-time modeling for Neal Hamil.  Scott has a finance degree from Texas A&M and two children.  

Willie Cruz, an esteemed figure in the realm of athletic performance, currently serves as the Athletic Performance Director for the Houston Rockets. With over a decade of experience spanning collegiate and professional levels, Willie's expertise is unmatched. His profound passion of the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit has established him as a leader in the field of human betterment and athletic performance training.
